Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to everyone who creates a student account on the Societal Concerns learning centre, operated by Oluwayomi Societal Youth Concerns Initiative.

1. Your account

• You must give accurate, current information when you register and keep your profile up to date.
• Service and identity details you provide may be checked with your organisation before your profile is verified or you are admitted to agency programmes.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and recovery answer private. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been misused.

2. Enrolment and fees

• Your place on a programme is confirmed once the registration fee has been paid.
• Fees, payment deadlines and balances are shown on your student dashboard. Receipts are issued for every confirmed payment.
• Refunds, deferrals and transfers are handled case by case. Contact us before the programme start date.

3. Flight safety and code of conduct

• You must follow instructors' directions, pre-flight checklists and all safety briefings during practical sessions.
• Drones and training equipment may only be flown under supervision, in approved areas and in line with applicable aviation regulations.
• Unsafe, reckless or abusive behaviour, or misuse of equipment, may lead to removal from a session or programme without refund.
• Training footage and data captured during sessions may not be used for unlawful surveillance or shared without permission.

4. Assessments and certificates

• Certificates are issued only when all programme requirements, assessments and fees have been completed.
• Each certificate has a unique number that anyone can verify on this website. Certificates obtained dishonestly will be revoked.
